SBA Business and Commercial Financing Workshop

Join us on Saturday April 21st and learn how to qualify for the new business financing programs recently approved by the United States Small Business Administration (SBA)  If you require financing to expand an existing business, refinance or restructure your business debt, start up a business or franchise, obtain working capital, buy a business or commercial building then this is “need to know” instruction. The government has released new underwriting guidelines that change the way banks approve or deny business and commercial loan applications. Financing is available from $50,000 to $10 million.

What You will Learn:

  1. How to Get Your Loan Approved – Gain insight and understand the criteria that banks use to approve or deny SBA loan requests
  2. Financing Choices – How to choose and to qualify for the correct program: SBA 7a, 504, SBA Express or Patriot Express loan
  3. Find the Right Lender- There are hundreds of SBA Preferred Lending Banks that can lend in all 50 states
  4. Business Entity Decisions– Get valuable tips on how to properly structure your business to meet current SBA lending requirements
  5. Paperwork Analysis – Hands on explanation of how to successfully complete the required government forms and bank documents

INSTRUCTOR BIOS:

Jeff Hildebrandt: Jeff is an approved SBA continuing education instructor by the Nevada Real Estate Division and is the Managing Director of American Capital Credit Corporation; an SBA loan packaging and placement firm. He is a 20 year veteran of the financial services industry and previously managed the SBA business development operations for LaJolla Bank in the State of Nevada

 

GUEST SPEAKERS MAY INCLUDE:

Monica Coburn: Ms. Coburn is Vice President and Senior Business Relationship Manager for Wells Fargo Bank. She specializes in assisting businesses in obtaining SBA and conventional business loans and lines of credit. She has 20 years of experience in lending to small and mid size companies and has a wealth of knowledge about how to qualify for financing. Prior to joining Wells Fargo she was the manager of the SBA department for Community Bank

Ron Quinn:    Mr. Quinn is the Transaction Specialist for Accelerated Escrow Company/Business Center of Nevada.  For the past ten years Ron’s specialty has been in business support services for business licensing, liquor licensing, establishing entities, and the facilitating of escrow transactions for SBA loans/refinances, business asset sales, stock sales and acquisitions.

Christopher R. Hunter: Chris is Assistant Vice President at Nevada State Development Corporation; an SBA 504 Certified Development Company. Since 199 he has been in involved in every phase of the SBA 504 program. He previously worked for Southwest/USA Bank as a commercial loan officer and he holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Utah.
